With deepening of the reform and opening, and gradually liberating of the people thought, the compelling achievement of the reform and subject construct of the moral education has been done for about last twenty years in the high school. The teaching material of philosophy general knowledge also has been changed from faultiness to perfection. On one hand, current teaching material of high school philosophy propagandizing Marxism philosophy, for helping student to set up scientific world view, philosophy and values, for helping them to exactly understand partyline, guideline, policy, for helping them to observe and analyses great social hotspot problem, to well learn, to train scientific thinking way, and so on, has made a great contribution. On the other hand, there are a tendency of simplification as Marxism philosophy to epistemology and cognition tool in high school philosophy teaching material as well as teaching. Therefore, philosophy educational reorganization must be imperative under the situation.On the base of elucidating new logos regard to the course, and fact of the moral education teaching in high school, the existent key problem in philosophy common teaching of the high school has been analyzed and discussed. The basic requirement of modern times new idea regard to the course to the philosophy teaching also has been discussed. The countermeasure of philosophy common teaching has been pointed out, namely, the teaching must inspire the creative thinking of student, cultivate human culture spirit of student, and encourage student to take part in practice.<> published by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China indicated that the philosophy social science is an important tool for understanding and rebuilding the world, and is also an important academic weapon for constructing material, spiritual and politics civilization. In the endless flow of human being historical evolution, the philosophy social science and the physical science are just as vehicle of twain wheel, bird of twain alae, to impel social development. One great nation, can not develop without philosophy social science, one national on the up grade, can not get away flourish and development of philosophy social science, which is a times call. To make philosophy social science thriving and prosperous, the teacher must lead the student to seek truth, goodness and beauty, and to pursue the top level of philosophy teaching.
