Studies On Present University Students' Vocational Values

The times confronting us is full of both opportunities and challenges. The world is moving towards international politics multinational zed, economy globalization, intellectual industry and information socialization. China's reform and open policy develops further, the market economy system has gradually established. Meanwhile, economic elements and profit main body, the way people chose to work are presenting a characteristic of diversity as well. Especially after entering into WTO ,we meet more chances and challenges .These changes and developments will directly influence people thoughts ,the orientation of values, mode of thinking, the habit of behaving, vocational view ,social communication and so on. These changes and developments are bound to clash with college students the orientation of values. Students are in the period of youth, their vocational values are forming gradually. So in an era of great changes made by china's reform and open policy, college students vocational values also are part of the change and combination of social value .It has distinct features of times and certain variability. The reform of the socialist economic system needs great moral encouragement and scientific values leading. While spurring the renewal of traditional vocational values and forming vocational values which is adjust to socialist market economy are just one of the important items. At present, undergraduates in our country face serious unemployment problem. There are many factors result in this problem, such as the following objective factors: the condition of social economy development, subjects and structure of the condition of majors set by colleges and personal system etc. Besides, university student's personal vocational values are on important reason either. Therefore, under the situation that college university students have had difficulty in being employed and the situation that this problem may become worse, it is very essential to do related research on this topic.How to grasp the Characteristics and law of the change and development of students' vocational values is a question refers to comparison students' vocational values. Through a survey on employment situation of thousands of university students in human province, this paper induces the current characteristics of university students'career values, analyzes how their career values formed and put forward solutions to help students to acquire correct vocational values. It is beneficial to students to form vocational values which can meet the demands of socialist market economy development. It is beneficial to under graduates to take a post in a prompt and influent manner .It is also beneficial to healthy development of higher education and the implementation of science and education improves our nation smoothly.This thesis is composed of five parts .The first part is an introduction. It mainly talks about the significance of writing this paper current research situation and questions that need to be discussed and solved .The second part on the basis of an outcome of a survey on career choice and career evaluation expounds qualities that university students showed in their career choice and career evaluation. And it also does an analysis of students' vocational values around the concept of vocational values, standards of vocational values and the idea of profession values, aims of vocational values and ways to realize vocational values. The third part analyzes factors which have impact on the formation of the vocational values, as the key part of this paper. These counter-measures lies'in five aspects.
