The idea "creative personality" places emphasis on the role of personality in creativity, the author tried to explain the developing and improving discipline of creativity from the point of view of personality. Personality is the individual distinctive physical and mental organization, that foHns and develops in the interaction of individual and surroundings. When anyone goes in for any creative activity, his whole physical and mental organization, but not only a part of it works. The perfect development of personality is the requirement of the time and the objection. All these accelerate my selection of the point of personality. The thesis includes three parts:First, explaining the implication of the creative personality, character of its development and facts that influence creativity. The creative personality is a kind of subjective personality, not a special type. It reflects the unique moral feature and individual character, shows the abundant creativity. Creative personality is the reflection of man's nature, diversity between person and person, and the marked trait of healthy personality. Creative personality forms and develops by the following disciplines: the harmonious structure, the dynamic developing, the unrestrained, and the subjective. Creative personality is the basis that person goes in for inventing and creating, and the basic quality that the creator must possesses. Creative personality is not only the important factor that promotes the development of society, but also the important source of individual happiness.Second, analysing the phenomenon of the poor personality development of teen-agers and causes in education. Personality forms and develops on its own discipline, but also is influenced and restricted by objective conditions. The culture and values, school education, bring-up of parents, and peers influence the development of personality. Now the traditional values of personality, society-departmentalism, the narrow and limited idea of the talent, and the one-sidedness and conservative content, the inflexible and forced activity ineducation, restrain the development of teen-agers' creative personality altogether.Three, the construction of the creative personality in education. Education, as a special social environment, occupies the leading position in the development of teen-agers. Innovative education is to innovate the aim of education, content of education, mode of teaching, relation of teacher and student, and the value of learning comprehensively to create a good environment for the development of the creative personality.
