In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "there is no end to practice,nor is there no end to theoretical innovation.The world is changing all the time,and China is also changing all the time.We must follow theoretically.In the last era,we will continue to understand the laws and continue to promote theoretical innovation,practical innovation,institutional innovation,cultural innovation and other more innovations." The cultivation of innovative talents cannot do without the support of education.A century-old plan is based on education;a grand plan for education is based on teachers..To rejuvenate the country,teachers must first be strengthened.They are the first resource for the development of education,the prosperity of the country,and the revitalization of the nation.An important cornerstone of people’s happiness.High-efficiency and positive personality education can effectively stimulate the inherent creative characteristics of primary school teachers and enhance teachers’ creative teaching behaviors.This study adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and through the revision of Zhang Jinghuan’s "Teacher Creative Behavior Evaluation Scale",the "Primary School Teachers’ Creative Teaching Behavior Questionnaire" was formed,and the "Primary School Teachers’ High-Performance and Positive Personality Questionnaire" was compiled by ourselves.Two questionnaires surveyed 496 primary school teachers’ creative teaching behaviors and high-efficiency positive personality.Statistics and analysis of data were conducted to fully understand the creative teaching behaviors and high-efficiency positive personality of primary school teachers,and to find out the problems existing in primary school teachers’ creative teaching behaviors.And related influencing factors.Through literature review and questionnaire analysis,primary school teachers’ creative teaching behaviors are seriously lagging behind teaching concepts,primary school young teachers’ creative teaching behaviors are relatively weak,and high-degree primary school teachers’ creative teaching levels are relatively low.The creative teaching behavior of teachers in township primary schools is the lowest,and the development of creative personality quality of primary school teachers is retarded.Causes: The shackles of exam-oriented education have led to the separation of knowledge and behavior of primary school teachers’ creative teaching behavior;the lack of relevant training on creative teaching behaviors of young primary school teachers;the low matching of primary school teachers to posts,leading to low professional enthusiasm;regional economic development is not balanced,indirectly It restricts the creative development of teachers in township schools;schools and society attach importance to teachers’ teaching ability and ignore the positive personality development of primary school teachers.They are: take positivity as the guidance to stimulate primary school teachers’ positive creativity;establish and improve the "full process" teaching guidance and training mechanism for primary school teachers,To promote teachers to generate intelligent and creative teaching;to cultivate high-efficiency behaviors of primary school teachers,to promote the implementation of creative teaching concepts into front-line teaching practice;to cultivate the tenacity of primary school teachers,to temper creativity in overcoming difficulties;to improve primary school teachers’ awareness of technological empowerment Harmony ability,creatively optimize teaching methods;cultivate primary school teachers’ awareness of discovering and creating beauty in teaching practice;enhance primary school teachers’ creativity with the concept of win-win cooperation.
