Research On The Optimization Of Specialty Setting In Henan Normal University

Since the new period,Henan Normal University in the adaptation of regional economic development to implement transformation,improve the professional setting,and the local economic and social development of non normal professional settings based on the original teacher professional on the cultivation of professional practical talents for local economic and social development.However,for the industry and for Universities,comprehensive discipline course is short,the development of the foundation is relatively weak,due to long-term training of teachers of basic education,new undergraduate teachers colleges discipline advantage mainly in education and arts disciplines,applied science of social economy to play a direct role in ten.How to set up the specialty to the application type,grasp the opportunity to realize the new connotation development,is the important question which the Henan normal university must face in the new period of the national higher education structure adjustment.In this study,through literature research,various research methods of historical research method and survey method,set up in local undergraduate normal college specialty is studied.This paper is divided into two parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status and research ideas and methods of the the definition of the core concepts involved in this study.Second,three,four chapter is the main part of the thesis.The second chapter from the professional subjects,training objectives,curriculum,construction funds,the "double teacher" team and the supervision system and analyzes the present situation of Henan normal colleges undergraduate professional transformation set out.When the former Henan undergraduate normal transformation of education in professional settings problems.The third chapter analyses the deep-seated reasons for the current situation of the professional undergraduate teachers colleges in Henan transformation and problems,which relates to a professional management system,the Department of the Ministry of communication,school funding,teachers and evaluation system fourth.Chapter discusses the reality basis and principle of the general sense of the professional setting,and based on the law of the development of normal education,Henan normal college undergraduate transformation of reality,discusses the optimization path in the professional setting of Henan normal college undergraduate transformation.Through this study,the author thinks that the Henan undergraduate teachers colleges should transition in an invincible position in the fierce market competition,to achieve their own development,the professional setting must follow to adapt to society,to highlight the characteristics of both scale benefit principle.It needs in the local economic and cultural development of the people,the development orientation of the school and their own advantages,school the existing teaching resources,the provincial department in charge of professional setting requirements as the basis,combined with the school of basic education,strengthen the cultivation of College Students' educational practice ability,the teachers make fine distinctions,maintain their advantages.In addition,the transformation of normal colleges according to the regional economic and social development needs to hold non normal college.On the other hand,the training advantages of normal students are transferred to the training of non normal majors,which highlights the common features of the cultivation of Normal College Students...
