With the implementation of basic physical education and standards of health curriculum, we proposed the new challenges to Gymnastics compulsory course of P.E specialty curriculum in normal institutions. In order to improve the teaching quality of Gymnastics compulsory course of P.E specialty curriculum in normal institutions, to solve to cultivate the sports teacher talent the new era which be able to adapt to the reform and development of the basic physical education curriculum, with Status of teaching in Gymnastics curriculum and Gymnastics teaching of P.E specialty curriculum in normal institutions in primary and secondary schools in Sichuan Province, this study from the reform of the basic physical education curriculum and college physical education curriculum , with the requirements which basic education and community put forward for teacher training of physical education in the new era , using the literature, method of survey research and analysis of comparative law, to analyze the influential factors on the teaching quality in Gymnastics compulsory course of P.E specialty curriculum in normal institutions in Sichuan province . According to the full text of the study would be concluded:1. Physical education teachers of primary and secondary schools Sichuan, their qualifications is mainly Normal School and tertiary, Gymnastics special teachers and female physical education teachers are fewer, with the lack of equipment gymnastics venue, it has a direct impact on the development of gymnastics teaching. Qualifications, job structure of Gymnastics teacher in normal institutions are unreasonable, most of the undergraduate education and teaching assistants, to a great extent, it restricts the improvement of the quality of teaching gymnastics.2.According to the "guidelines for" requirement, Gymnastics compulsory course of P.E specialty curriculum in normal institutions in Sichuan province take"Fitness First" as the guiding ideology courses, taking Student physical, psychological, social and healthy development as the central task, teacher education and the quality of teaching basic gymnastics as a key , t o equip students with physical education curriculum in the schools in teaching gymnastics and social organizations Fitness Gymnastics guidance capabilities as curriculum training objectives.3 In the choice of teaching content of Gymnastics compulsory course of P.E specialty curriculum in normal institutions in Sichuan province Changed the traditional single gymnastics teaching content-based framework , Combining primary and secondary education based on the need to reform the physical education curriculum, Selecting fitness, practical, strong and easy entertainment organization and implementation of the multi-Gymnastics.4 In the teaching of Gymnastics compulsory course of P.E specialty curriculum in normal institutions in Sichuan province Used mainly on the model law, It should also be multi-use the game, cooperative learning, teaching objectives of teaching and learning, and so on. At the same time,using multimedia and other modern teaching tools to make full use of gymnastics teaching, to raise the result of physical education.5 Teaching Evaluation of Gymnastics course in Sichuan province datum related mainly to teachers of students learning evaluation, Students did not participate in evaluation, and it did not reflect the student's position of the main. Evaluation limited to assessment of the movement of technical skills and basic knowledge, to neglect the assessment of student's emotional students, not paid enough attention to the evaluation of learning attitude, cooperation in the assessment.6 The main factors of teaching quality in Gymnastics compulsory course of P.E specialty curriculum in normal institutions is Poor physical fitness of students, Lacking of space equipment , Outdated teaching content , Fewer teaching hours , Interested students can not mobilize ,Gymnastics , Not full to recognize of the importance of Gymnastics curriculum and so on.
