The Cultural Connotations Of Chinese Characters Should Be Discussed In Order To Improve The Teaching Of Chinese Characters Of Middle School

In the teaching of classical prose of middle school, it is easy to see that teachers do a lot of hard work without fruitful result. Many students lack interests and drives in studying classical prose and think it boring to study classical prose in Chinese. The reason why the classical prose have become the most difficult area in the Chinese teaching is that the meanings of Chinese characters are complicated and changeable .As a kind of written symbol of communication, Chinese characters are full of historic and cultural knowledge in its unique characteristics of showing meanings and its inner figuration.By discussing the connotations of Chinese characters, students can understand the relationships between its form and meaning better and master the meaning system of Chinese character exactly. At the sarhe time, the Chinese character cultures can attract students to learn Chinese characters and make students love Chinese characters and traditional cultures.This thesis mainly consists of three parts.
