The new curriculum reform requires to set up the evaluation system that enhance the teachers' continued improvement, emphasize teacher's analysis and introspection to their teaching behavior, sets up the evaluation system that mainly rely on the teachers own comments as well as the headmaster, teacher, student, parents participate. Make teachers acquire information from different kinds of channels and improve the teaching level constantly .As the studies of teacher's evaluation start relatively late in our country, and the research about teacher's performance is comparatively weak , it is necessary to strengthen the study on teacher's performance evaluation. This thesis adheres to the standpoint viewpoint and method of Marxism, the way of using historical research, theory study and case study etc, considering about the application of 360-degree feedback in teacher's performance evaluation in order to abundant the research the teacher's performance in our country as well as to provide theory support to the new evaluation system which is now in process of basic education curriculum reform.The full thesis is divides into six parts:Preface: Present the cause, research meaning and research method of the thesis.Part one: The origin of 360-degree feedback in teacher's performance evaluation. This part through the development tendency of teacher's evaluation in the world range and analyze the problems that existing in current teacher's evaluation in our country, to discuss the teacher's evaluation characteristic in the new terms of basic education curriculum reform, points out that 360-degree feedback as a evaluation facility which used in the teacher's performance evaluation has a significant meaning.Part two: The understanding of teacher's performance evaluation and 360-degree feedback evaluation. The teacher's performance evaluation is the teacher's behavior in their work that is to evaluate the teacher's job behavior, to understand the teacher's work status and describe the advantages and disadvantages in the teacher's job performance. 360-degree feedback also called as the multi-rater assessment, multi-source feedback and omni-bearing feedback, namely the 360-degree feedback evaluation is the teacher's superior, colleague, junior or customers and himself as the rater, from different angles to evaluate the teacher, and feedback the results to the teacher in order to change teacher's behavior, enhance the work performance as well as the profession development. The usage of 360-degree feedback in teacher's evaluation can not only form the correct evaluation direction in the school, but also promote teacher's specialty.Part three: The application of 360-degree feedback in teacher's performance evaluation. In this part, the thesis discussed the process of 360-degree feedback, the standards of weighing the teacher's performance evaluation system, to design the evaluation target and method, to choose a proper evaluation facility and evaluation information source as well as the main contents in the result of feedback evaluation etc.Part four: Pay attention to some problems in the application of 360- degree feedback in teacher's performance evaluation, In this part, there are two problems deserve the researcher and operator to pay attention. Firstly, the rater's deviation problem. Secondly, the sense of rater's accountability. The mainly deviation have: megaphone deviation, tolerant deviation, strictness deviation, central deviation ,compare effect, relevant information demand effect etc, which was caused from the rater who adopted the simplified mechanism. These deviations can be reduced via training the raters.Part Five: Case study. In this part, the thesis explained the specific application of the 360-degree feedback in teacher's performance evaluation through a case.
