Content: With the rapid development of information technology, the continuous forward of the reform of educational system and the further development of education, we have put forward a greater requirement to the idea, way and content of teachers'teaching and teacher education in our country. A large number of teachers can often meet new teaching ideas and teaching methods, which requires teachers to accept new things in an opening attitude, at the same time, it asks teachers to form and maintain the willing of long-life learning and studying the teaching as well as master the ability of reflecting and studying the teaching. Teachers are not qualified if only they are full of knowledge, more importantly, they must become the prompter of students'knowledge, and they should have noble virtues and educational arts, and they are also researchers. As a newly-born educational theory and practice, reflective teaching has played an important role in Chinese educational reform. Reflective teacher education is an effective tool to improve the quality of teachers and their abilities to learn and research. It is meaningful in reality and practice to improve the professional level of our teachers and realize the transformation of traditional education to quality education.This thesis has discussed the content of reflection of reflective teacher, the measure of improving teachers'ability of reflection, as well as constructed the teaching pattern of reflective teacher by studying and analyzing reflective teaching, practice and the characteristics of the acts of reflective teacher. It describes the constructing of the criteria of reflective teaching evaluation from such aspects as the necessity , probability ,basic principles and designing strategies of constructing reflective teaching evaluation. It also provides some proofs for judging reflective teaching quality and promoting the healthy development of reflective teaching. The author attempts to provide the theoretical and practical evidences for making spread the idea of reflective teaching, improving teachers teaching level, promoting the development of teachers'specialization and promoting the reform of the system of teacher education.
