Starting with the introduction of the present situation of foreign high education model, this paper systemically analyses the history and existing problems of the high education model in China. Furthermore, it compares the differences of the high education between development countries and our nation, and points the shortcomings of our high education. Finally, the author expounds the necessity and significance of studying the high education model in our country.According to the basic principle of system theory, the paper constructs the system of high education model by combining the methods and accomplishments of system theory with education model. It also studies the high education model by the method of system analysis, and analyses the eight important aspects of high education, which includes the management system model, cultivation model, apply and demand model, market education model and innovation education model, etc. Furthermore, based on the analysis of thetwo typical models nowadays---quality education model andinnovation education model, it constructs the system frame of multi-objects high education model by combining the contents and methods of system theory with them. Then it systematically analyses and studies the sub-systems and sub-objects. Finally, based on the re-understanding of the traditional education model, the author remains its valuables and updates its outdated theories and methods to accelerate the progress of high education being scientific and modern.
