Education appeared since the human society came into being. Because of education, it is essential for the existence of the teacher profession. Every student owns his teacher. The teacher profession that emerged accompanying with human society education was lasting till today, and will go on forever. Although the teacher profession emerged so long ago, the normal education system for training specialized teachers came into being after 19 mid-later century. In 1861, normal training school created in Rheims by French bishop T.B.Lasalle, which was the beginner of normal education. Nan Yang public normal college created by Sheng Xuanhuai in 1897 is a symbol of normal education system's emerging in our country.With the times going ahead and society developing, is our normal education going ahead and developing, is it suitable for social demands? Having experienced more than a hundred years, there has been emerged "systematic boring" that can't be glossed over in our normal education system, and it's behind the times. So reforms in normal education system has become an important part in our recent country's education reform. Of course, the normal education's reform involves a lot. Here thisdissertation just pay all attention to one part of normal education reform--the unityof teachers' education, to get a tentative research. This paper can be divided into three parts.The first part just gives the definition of "teachers' education" and "the unity of teachers' education". Teachers' education contains much connotation. In general, it is the process or the social activity that can help non-teacher to be a real teacher by training. The unity of teachers' education is to put the entire scattered, disjointed connotation together, and its connotation is also rich. From the broad sense, the unity of teachers' education demands to unify all aspects of teachers' education, but according to the narrow sense, to have an overall planning on teachers' education of each stage is the main task. That is what we often understand generally, this dissertation spread out its statement based on the unity of teachers' education on narrow sense understanding.The second part analyzes the intention and the feasibility of the reform of the unity of teachers' education in China. In this part, the writer recalls the developing course of our country's normal education briefly, and to analyze some disadvantages of our country's normal education and point out if we want to reform the "system boring" in normal education, it must be reformed first. Teachers' education reform in unity is one of the strong measures for getting rid of the disadvantages of normal education. Of course, teachers' education reform in unity has its theoretical basis that is the idea of lifelong education, the method of "three periods training" and the theory of teaching development. At the same time, we can get some experiences from the reform about the unity of teachers' education that has already been carried on in Shanghai and other places.The third part puts forward the tactics of the reform of teachers' education. Because the reform of the unity of teachers' education is a systematic project and involves many aspects of teachers' education, this dissertation raises some tactics and suggestions about the following aspects, such as the unity of training target of teachers' education, the unity of training target of teachers' education, the unity of curriculum, the unity of management, the unity of teachers contingency etc.Something about the training targets of teachers' education: First, pre-profession education is mainly to cultivate the students' intention to teach and learn the concept, knowledge, technical ability and skill which are necessary for teaching; enter-profession is to guide new teachers to grasp the integration of theory with practice and fit for education teaching activities rapidly to finish the transform of the role; Under-profession education is to lead a transform from the qualified teachers to the expert pattern or scholar-pattern ones.
