As a headteacher in basic level education for years, probing into the one-sidedness and stiffness, lack of system and continuity of class manage in senior middle school of countryside, and the unscientific evaluation on students. Based on the management Psychology, Philosophy and History of education which I learnt in the department of Master of education, the paper will connect theory with practice, explore and research the problems briefly in order to encourage myself, the others and the students. We realize that the countryside education is a hopeful grassland. Not only lively, but also deserted. There isundulating greenery and thorny undergrowth, The outline is as follows.First, analyse the necessarity of the developvent of the headmaster system and the research of the class management of senior middle schoolin pountrysfde. With the requirement of rapid economy development and education reform, the society offers an urgent demand on the work of headteachers. Here we trace back to the appearence and development of the headteacher system, and analyse the new connotation of the huadteacher' s role in 21st century, then due to the character of senior middle school in countryside. They play, an important role in class management.Second, expound the realistic problems and its influence in senior middle school of countryside. Above all, economic problem affects the development of senior middle school, por example, lowerlevel of productive force, less expendity in education, irreasonable structure and so on. Then the teaching material is too difficult. Next, the exist of important senior middle school is anther problem. It makes the inner resource disposal of senior middle school out of balance. And it enlarge the spatial differences among the schools..Fourth, the education is greatly in fluenced by the difference in Geography and Humanities, which appeared in economy, communication of information and language, concept and so on. Fifth, it is caused by employment. In other words, persons of ability move to the cities and other developed areas.According to the problems above, I try to study the scientifictheory and advanced experience about the class management in middle school. And put the advantages and disadvantages of class management into it. Class is the base of school. It is the base not only for school management, but also for students' activity. At first, 1 research the democracy management of class. Then come to the psychological education, and study the students' psychology. Third, ! set up Class Daily to exploit the intelligence of the wise man, with the "key" to modern civilization. It plays an importart part in class management. Fourth, combining with the shortages and merits of countryside education, I direct the students to unfold some activities about study. The whole class discuss the biology phenomenon, such as burning rice straw in the countryside. So we can make the students relax and expend the knowledge in the books to the realistic life.Being a successful teacher, his goal is to cultivate a person who can ho admired by himself. With the help of scientifiv theories, it is necessary to form a series of real ways to class management of senior middle school in the countryside.
