One of the mostly interested and breakthrough desired topics in the revolution of education concept and realization, which is essentially driven by the developments of economy and technology, is the reform of curriculum in the elementary education system. The breaking out of the national discussion about Essential-qualities-oriented Education(EQOE) not only addressed the inevitability and urgency of education reform, but also brought a tight agreement on the essence of EQOE. Y et the core and realization method of EQOE still remain unclear among education researchers today. The fact that the attempt and practice of innovation idea on EQOE is always overwhelmed by the factor such as dense population, weak development of local economy and the inefficiency of the old education system can be illustrated by such an instance that the saying that education is non-beneficial for people is getting its popularity in the rural area again. Miss-conception and less support rooted in families related to education and low quality of participation of students are big problem exist in these areas especially where the local economy has been tremendously developed in recent year by the explosion of mining and manufacturing industries.The recent lunching of the New-curriculum-reform(NCR) plays quite a good attempt of EQOE, and is getting more and more popular among the teachers in rural area. The progress is though limited by not only the caliber of the teacher, but also the local economy, the geometric circumstances and the culture environment, resulting the difficulties and barriers for those teachers to achieve the NCR goals and as well, the paradoxes in their educational thinking and practicing. Based on his three-year experiences in teaching at one of middle schools in the west countryside in Hunan province in mid China, the author propose s here several solutions for NCR of physics science education in this area. The proposal, which is a summar y of the data collected from questionnaires for the students and interviews with the teachers in the school, has been widely practiced and well proved. To improve the NCR in physics science has 1. to finish electronic material; 2. to teach by learning how to write the text; 3. to link the material with real life stories; 4. to create new experiment; 5. to teach physics by focusing on improving the full aspects of the students caliber; and 6. to strengthen teachers' personal cultivation.
