The four main parts of education in the 21st century are as follows: learning to acquire knowledge, learning to deal with problems, learning how to get along with others and how to make a living. It's key parts are: learning to acquire knowledge and being able to learn effectively; Facing to the rapid development of society, economy and technology, more and more quickly renewed knowledge, each member of the society has to learn constantly. With the development of IT industry, it is convenient for the members to keep self learning. Learners can obtain knowledge from not only teachers but also their chosen learning ways. Self -regulated learning is becoming the basic way of learning in future. In a new round reform of teaching, "improving their abilities, inspiring actively learning" acts as it's general aim. Self -regulated learning is the advanced stage in the learning field. It emphasizes learning actively and consciously. Knowledge is being acquired by learners naturally. Therefore, making self-regulated learning research is of great value in both theoretically and practically. The domestic and international research on self-regulated learning at home and abroad is prosperous and the research results are aboundent. Self -regulated learning in our country has been studying both in theoretically and practically since late 1970s. But the concept of self-regulated learning is being understood differently, without reaching any agreement. We believes: self-regulated learning in the course of physics teaching in high school is being physics studys guided by its teaching purposes. Learners set their aims, monitor the course and evaluate the consequence according to their own styles. It has the following characteristics: initiative, independence, effectivity and relativity. The theory of self-regulated learning and practice is based on the theory of constructivism, which suggests that the activities of learning should contrast, analyze,...
