Whether the practice of reflective teaching can be rationally developed is always regarded as core factors that influence and restrict teachers' professional development and self-growth. In the contemporary educational situations, developing reflection teaching reflection and practice is of profound significance to advance and deepen a new round of elementary education reform. Therefore, we have researched and established the reflection teaching practice model focusing on reflection, argument, research and explanation teaching, This model which is based on trust and cooperation, pays close attention to and respects the growth of both teachers and their students, this model concentrates on training the reflection consciousness, habits and abilities of teaching practice problems, this model tries to lead teachers to develop reflection teaching, depending on teaching practice problems, from the angles of teaching aims, teaching subjects, learning subjects and teaching aids as well as the angles of pre-class, while-class and post-class. This model emphasizes the organic integration and effective development of individual and group teachers' reflection and the reflection with many subjects and many patterns pioneer by professional researchers.
