The training of creative talents is a dispensable condition in the development in the fields of politics, economy, and society. Without this condition, the development will loss its motivation. And the creative talents are the results of fair education, not from birth. Especially the education of postgraduates is the cradle for high-quality talents.The institutional system in China can not fit the present development in the society which must be improved. Nowadays, there are many elements in influencing the training quality of our postgraduates, they are as follows :1.The enrolling method is unitary, which is full of planned character. Not only can it arouse the enthusiasm of the units of training, but also seriously restrain the selection of high-quality talents. This causes the present long-lasting phenomenon of " Putting much emphasis on grades, without presentation of capacity".2.The mode of training is unitary and the measures of training is old-fashioned., which can never maximize the superiority pf students' personalities. It leads to the result of poor training quality and lacking spirits of creation and vitality.3.The lacking of mechanism of monitoring, evaluating, and eliminating.4.The inaccuracy of the fixation of the construction of subjects.Since the 19th century, The training modes of postgraduates have passed three developing stages : German style of apprentice training; American professional training mode; and cooperative style of training mode after World War II which is represented by America. These three training modes have their differences according to their presence, but they the same tendencies which are showed in their trends of diversification, flexibility and the combination of multi-styles.Facing the opportunities and challenges in the internationalized process in China and the main developed countries training modes for postgraduates, to explore the new way-out and instructing thoughts of our China's reform of postgraduates' educational system.1.Guiding principle: To have a clear aim, to establish the systematic support, to pursuit the diversification and personalization, to fix the scientific point of subject construction.2.Train of thoughts of reform : First of all to carry on the reform of administrative organization, to provide the units for postgraduates training with sufficient decision-making power; the second is the subject construction, to fix the aim for subject construction for its unique features, so that it can be perfected; Later on, it will be the reform of training process, to break the subject barriers to build up courses systems and to execute flexible educational system, to enforce the students' ability to conducting scientific researches, to have a strict management for thesis papers, to enhance the construction of supervisors; At last it is the system reform of enrollment, the enrolling methods for postgraduates are changing from strict enrollment into relaxed enrollment, the detailed ways are weaken the enrolling exams for postgraduates and to establish the perfect evaluating system instead which can strengthen the decisive function of the supervisors in enrollment. In conclusion, to train the high-quality talents needs the institutional reform of education and renovation of education. The educational renovation is to break the educational ideas which prevents the development for postgraduates' education, to change all the regulations and ways impeding the development of postgraduates education, to cancel all the impacts on the development for postgraduates' education, to explore the renovation for the ideas, legal system and system in postgraduates'...
