The Analysis Of Government Behavior In The Development Of Private Education

Taking the theory of New Public Management as the research visual angle, adopting ways of empirical analysis, deductive analysis and comparative review, and through measures of literature survey, internet seek and figure study, the article firstly studies the reasonability and necessity of private education, at the same time, it analyzes government role should be changed from "the man who row" to "the man who steer". Secondly the article studies at macro-level the developing situation of private education in our country and the questions of our government educational behavior. Finally through drawing lessons from the private educational management model in other countries, makes a thorough inquiry about our own education management model to promote private education.
