The Study On The Curriculum Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Secondary Education Of The Petroleum Profession

The system of the curriculum , the teaching content and method in the secondary education of the petroleum profession can't adapt to the requirement of petroleum comprise for the high educated and practical worker and specialist . The contradiction has already appeared that the trainer can not fit the requirement of the development of the petroleum industry and it will be serious . The first part in this article has showed the meaning of the section of the subject, the basis and background of this study, the train of thought of this study and the study method of this study. The second part of this article has analyzed the present condition of the curriculum in the secondary education of the petroleum profession, the problem that appear in the arrangement of the curriculum and the reason why these problems appear .in the secondary education of the petroleum profession . Now there are six problems in the secondary education of the petroleum profession: such as the goal of the curriculum is not fit the practice; the teaching content focuses on the basic theories ;the framework of the curriculum is not reasonable; the practical teaching is ignored ; the teaching content in the vocational education is rigid ;and the content of the curriculum is difficulty .The reason why these problems appear come from the secondary education of the petroleum profession itself and the society. The third part analyses the reform present situation and tendency of professional education in the world ,and the writer consider that it will be helpable for the reform of the secondary education of the petroleum .In the fourth part, the method that how to solve the problems in the secondary education of the petroleum profession is provided by the writer . The writer believe that we should do four thing to solve the problem : first we should rethought the curriculum of the secondary education of petroleum profession ; second we should reform "Competent-Based Education and Training" with "Human-Based Education and Training"; third we should define the principles to set up scientific and reasonable curriculum system of secondary education of petroleum profession, fourth we should determine the exact content of secondary education of petroleum profession curriculum system . In a word, the correct development of the secondary education of the petroleum profession can train the best petroleum specialist , and the development of the petroleum economy require it . If the teacher devoting in the education of the petroleum profession analyze the situation of the development in the petroleum industry and the regularity of the curriculum arrangement earnestly, the secondary education of the petroleum profession will train outstanding specialist that can suit the petroleum industry for the development.
