With the promotion of the national courses' reform, almost of the Korean primary or middle schools of the main cities in Yanbian district, have already accessed to the preparatory or experimental state of new courses' reform, as Yanji City. Teachers are the main body of the reform of the education, and the key to get the success of educational reform is the quality of teachers. But because teachers in Korean primary or middle schools are influenced by long-term exam-oriented principle of education it exposed some abuses during the process of advancing the reform of new course. It requires teachers to improve all kinds of abilities and can change Jthe role swiftly. The teacher work should focus on the demand of existence the development of social creator in future. But can't consider the students score, the request of rolling the university, even the fame and the benefit. Not only the new course reform needs improving the quality, but also the particularity of Korean education needs the special qualityThe starting point of teaching career should focus on the needs of human being's existence, development of explorers who create the future life, but not pay attention to the grades of teachers, the standard of entering into university, even fame and gain. Not only the reform of new courses requires Korean teachers to improve and get a kind of special qualities, but also the quality of national education and the new problems of Korean national's education that exposed in the process of the social development. And use that kind of method to built a high-qualified, efficiently- numbered, reasonably structured and steady team. Certainly, all of the members of team should love their careers very much.This article mainly analysis the factors that can influence the qualities of Korean primary or middle school teachers, summarized the qualities that teachers should possess under the background of courses' reform, as the accelerator, constructor, researcher of students' development. At the same time, in this paper I suggested some ideas as to how to improve the personal qualities of Korean primary and middle school teachers.
