With the development of the economy and society, informationization is approaching to the field of education, especially the field of fundamental education. Meanwhile, education is encountering the challenges from the development of society and reform of fundamental education is the number one business at the cross of centuries. How to get the collaborative development between education computing and curriculum reform in fundamental education is becoming a serious issue for the insiders.In this dissertation, after an elaborate analysis about this issue, the author argued that, education computing and curriculum reform are the two engines for the fundamental education reform and its leapfrogging development. In order to collaboratively develop, information technology, which is the infrastructure, must be integrated into the new fundamental education curriculum. The integration between information technology and new curriculum in fundamental education is one of the popular choices for the aim of collaborative development.On the way to synergia, the proper understanding the concept of integration and the scientific principles which should be obeyed in integration is do needed. The author argued that, the integration should be under the monitor of scientific theories and based on the constructivism, and implement the ideas of new curriculum at all levels with the wisdom on the curriculum reform. During the practice, WebqQuest, one of the popular integration models, emerged.As a kind of educational technology innovation, the collaborative development between education computing and curriculum reform in fundamental education should be guided by the theory of diffusion and implementation of educational technology and its application needs many conditions. The construct of these conditions become the basic strategies for the aim of synergia.Based on the investigation and analysis, the author proposed a model of theprocess of collaborative development, which includes the following stages: building digital infrastructure, developing the resources, training the teacher, establishing the administration and prompting, diffusing, implementing and institutionalizing the integration, conducting research and collaboration.Based on the framework of diffusion and implementation of educational technology, the author suggested that, as an innovation, the realization of synergia should experienced three stages, which are adoption and diffusion, implementation and institutionalization. During the different stage, it is influenced by different factors and needs different conditions.The conditions which influence the synergia between education computing and curriculum reform in fundamental education include the following: the maturity of infrastructure, strong leadership, the training of teachers' information literacy, implementation of information technology education, update of the ideas and theories, understanding of the new curriculum, abundance of resources, update of administration.In the end of this dissertation, based on the analysis framework of case study, the author elaborately analyzed the process of the collaborative development between of education computing and curriculum reform in fundamental education.
