In recent years, in order to reform the course structure of the secondary vocational education and to meet the need for the training of personnel which would suitable to the market economy of socialism, our country has absorbed the advanced vocational education thought of some developed countries, introduced some course models of the vocational education from other foreign countries, and has received certain effect. But because of the difference of cultural backgrounds, and the distance for the level of the economic development between our country and the developed countries, these curriculum models do not correspond to the actual condition of teaching in our vocational schools and still have a gap to meet the needs of the society. The practice of the new courses is the necessity of the development of educational reform under new circumstances, and is also an important chance to further push the development of our educational causes, to improve the vocational quality of teachers, so as to make a better service for education.The course reforms in the secondary vocational education should be based on the change of the knowledgeable point of view, should be undergone in the process and stages of vocational practice and should be carried out step by step actively with more attention. It must be made under the condition of the president's action. It can quickly improve the teachers'ability of vocational technology and strengthen the establishment of the course situation in the secondary vocational education.Teachers'education is the initial step in the teachers'education system. It must adapt to the need of the education course reforms to improve the work of training teachers.After the course reforms in the secondary vocational education in particular, more attention should be paid to the teachers'education and training. Teachers should be trained to realize the change from the focus on the knowledge instruction to the focus on the students'development; the change from the unitary discipline and subject to many unified key elements; the change from the united normal education to the individual education; the change from the simple teacher's"teaching"and the student's"learning"to the teaching and learning from each other; and at last to realize the change of the teaching methods.After reforms in the secondary vocational education, we should set up the new education models of teachers'education, make clear the goal and specification of teachers'education, optimize the structure of the teacher's team, improve the comprehensive quality of the teachers. All-direction training for teachers should be carried out to improve teacher's overall quality, the teachers'scientific research ability and level of teaching. Attention is paid to the grad propulsion of the reform. We should encourage the different development of the teacher education organizations, show solicitude for the improvement on the job of teachers'education. Life-long teachers'education should be put into practice to build teachers'education integration system.
