The education of main body is a topical issue in the currently educational field. Principal part participation is the base of the student's development. The thesis studies the principal part participation of physical education in middle school from such three dimensions as thinking, sensibility and will and the experimental and search methods are employed in this study. The thesis studies the character of the participation and the influence of gender and grade, puts forward some advances for solving the problems. The study shows that the difference of participation in three dimensions is obvious. The degree of thinking participation is lowest, the degree of sensibility participation is middling and the degree of will participation is highest. In the view of the gender, the difference of the gender is not obvious but the schoolgirl exceeds obviously the schoolboy in the sensibility participation. In the view of the grades, the difference of the grades is obvious. Grade eight is highest, Grade nine is lowest and Grade seven is little lower. The thinking participation of the Grade nine is lowest. The study wishes provide the reference on the educational theory in the PE and make suggestions of advancing the effect of physical education.
