In the era of knowledge and economy, science literacy has become the most important accomplishment of citizens .It decides directly the prosperity of a country and a nation .It is a complicated and systematic project to increase literacy of students in middle school, of which the school education is the basis. As for the education in middle school, it needs the cooperation of teachings in class, extracurricular activities and school environmentBased on the discussion of the concept and structure of science literacy, this paper also have a discussion on the mutual replenish in thinking ways of science literacy, the mutual infiltration and utilization in research methods, the mutual infiltration in knowledge system , the same tendency in the purchase of spiritual system as well as the mutual usage in the influence on society. With a lot of experience of history teaching and the publishing is to teach science knowledge, method, spirit and technology as well as to teach the influence of science technology or society.
