Improve the scientific literacy of citizens is one of the basic concept of the new curriculum standard. The biological science literacy is an important component of scientific literacy indispensable. The biological science accomplishment refers to the citizens’ participation in social life, economic activities, the production practice and the individual is required for making biological knowledge, research ability and emotional attitude and values. Biology Curriculum Standard pointed out that "science" is a process of development. Learning the history of biological science can make students along the scientists to explore the biological world road, the essence and the scientific research method of scientific understanding, learning the scientist for his devotion to science. Although science is constantly changing, the continuity of the permanent and thought but some objectives and scientific methods have certain significance. The permanent and continuity must find answers from the history of science. However, for high school students, although they have a certain amount of abstract thinking ability, they cannot fully grasp and use this way of thinking. So we must lead them along the footsteps of our predecessors to sum up their own rules. Teaching in the process of biology science history plays a very important role. The teaching of the history of Science in China is relatively backward compared with foreign teaching. Fortunately, there are many scholars putting forward the scientific history education scheme which are suitable for the situation in China.This research is divided into two parts. The first part is the investigation and Analysis on the present situation of the teaching of the history of science, the results showed that most of the teachers do not have enough understanding of the history of science and don’t used in class and outside class, effective teaching strategies of history of science, history of science teaching. The second part is to establish the scientific history education of science history teaching survey plan. This study is based on the history of science of history of science teaching, interesting use of the rich. The teaching process is to make full use of the teaching of history of science. Not only on knowledge of history of science for a large number of listed, but as a system through teaching. In the teaching process will pay attention to scientific method, scientific thoughts and scientific spirit content. In scientific thinking pays attention to the structure and function of adaptation, system thinking, controlled experiments and deductive inference. Pay attention to the perseverance, on the scientific spirit to the nation, to struggle for the ideal and so on. This method can achieve the goal of teaching and achieve the scientific literacy of students. Analysis found that the teaching of the history of science can not only increase the learning interest, but also improve the experiment ability, emotional attitude and grades. However, the experimental class and the control class biological knowledge memory are basically same. The students were attracted deeply by the story of the scientists. Stimulate students’ interest in learning. Knowledge of science and history is helpful to the memory. Through the teaching of the history of science along the previous research footprint, found the problem, thinking. Find previous advantages and disadvantages. On the logical thinking ability of students has an important role in the teaching of the history of science to improve the ability of independent thinking of students. In the emotional attitude and values in the course of the study, scientists, there are successes and failures. When they succeed, know how to give. Fail to understand persistence. In the course of study to gain and loss, the students influence their behavior deeply.
