Research On Innovation Of Political Instructor's Work In The University Under The New Social Conditions

The political instructor's work have developed since the PRC had build. There are some historical characters in each period. It always services the central work of university and the CCP keeps the superior character of constantly developing with era. At the key stage of the farther reforming and accelerating development of university, The political instructor's work appears some problem, so innovation is only method to resolve these problem.The article discusses innovation of the political instructor's work under new social conditions. It has four aspects as following:Part one puts forward the problem and analyses the current situation of research on innovation of political instructor's work, then introduce respectively the central concept, studying emphasis and method in the article. Specially, the article poses the viewpoint that the research should apply the systematic method and have the overall improvement by innovating concept, theory, method and content.Part two the current situation should be recognized by recalling the formation and development of political instructor's work. It includes main three aspects. First, the political instructor's work is very import in performing the policies, fostering the qualified successions, building the bridge among university, student and society. Second, it has respective method, form, principle and content in the different period. Third, the political instructor's work innovates and developes constantly.Part three unveils main problem in current work of political instructor and analyses the cause. It unveils the problem from the structure of political instructor team, the analysis of political instructor' part and evaluating the work of politicalinstructor. Then, it analyses the problem from four aspects: changing environment, lagging the management system, the reason of political instructor and student.Part four analyses the principle, goal and curriculum of the innovation of political instructor's work. The article puts forward that the innovation of political instructor's work is necessary to fulfill the three-represent in university education, to solve the problem that how to improve the efficiency of the political instructor's work . Then it dissert the curriculum of the innovation as following: the innovating theory studies and practices mainly the innovation of system; the innovating concept studies and practices the thought of globalization, modernization, information, legislation, quality, etc; the innovating method, form and content questions mainly the author' s thinking from his work.
