Curriculum structure is the center of the whole plan for education, which to a great extent decides the knowledge structure and intelligence of students and the standards and quality of the talent cultivation. It is the guarantee of the development of qualified talents. Whether a curriculum structure is good and whether it can represent the objective of the curriculum have a great impact on the accomplishment of the curriculum objective. Thus, curriculum structure is usually the key of the curriculum reform. A proper curriculum structure is not invariable but developing all the time.As the knowledge economy comes around, and as the quality-oriented education is improving, which is focused on the development of the students' creative ability-part of the basic education system of China, there have appeared a number of problems and difficulties in China's normal education for preschool children. Based on the following factors-the research of the 20 years' development, the curriculum reform of Chinese preschool education, the analysis of the present situation of contemporary preschool education, and the actuality of demands of preschool teachers, this paper is written from three aspects :the rationale of building the curriculum structure of normal education for preschool children in the new era, the present situation and problems of China's normal education for preschool children and some reflections of how to build this curriculum structure. It tries to set up a well-improved curriculum structure covering knowledge, theories, methods, skills, feelings and practice, which is aimed at the demands of the new century, originated from the development of students, focused on creative ability and stressed on the requirements of the occupation.
