Early childhood education is an important part of basic education,and it is the foundation stage of school ed ucation and lifelong education, and teacher education indispensable main force. To improve the quality of early childhood education should start with a fundamental strengthening preschool teachers, should improve the quality of kindergarten teachers. At present, C hinese teacher training is divided into pre-service and On-the-job training. Teacher institutions is a major pre-service teacher education training institutions. Teacher education programs for teachers qualified teachers by the students into the only way for Teachers Professional Development plays an important significance. Therefore, compared to foreign kindergarten teachers professional standards, research common requirements for preschool teachers raised their combined pre-professional curriculum status quo, with the theory to guide practice and help improve the pre-professional curriculum, training of teachers colleges raise children time faculty has important significance.The study is divided into four chapters, the first chapter introduces the topics from the whole reason the study, significance, research ideas and methods.
