Information Science In Basketball Special Course Of Physical Education

Since Information Theory, System Theory and Control Theory aroused in 1940's, the science and technology on processing and applying information accelerated our activities. In the past two decades, the technology of micro-electronic and computer developed quickly. In this circumstance, Information Science got in educational field and played a very important role in that field.This essay takes the function and application of Information Science in education as a starting point. Nowadays, most of the researchers are eager to make multi-media by using Flash, Photoshop,Authorware, and 3dsmax. For these can display skills and tactics more clearly. Some teaches also make multi-media with compile software. Although it is the prospect of PE researching, it need operators have much computer knowledge and high operating skills mastered only by professional training. On the other hand, we haven't master all simple but available functions in common player software. For example, by adjusting the playing velocity in Kingplayer and clapping mpegav in Herosoft 2001XP we can meet our some special needs. These skills can benefit our special course teaching.Based on theories of exercise physiology, sports psychology, sports training methods, educational science and PE in school, this article analyzes special course with principal method of Information Science. Besides these, it also researches the functions and application of Information Science in special course primarily. There are also some introductions on application of Kingplayerlll, Herosoft 2001 XP, PowerPoint, Flash, Photoshop, etc. Limited by objective situation and knowledge, the writer hasn't done further research on making complex multi-media. This is the next researching target in the future.This research concludes two achievements: 1) Apply Information Science to collect, rectify, process and analysis all facts in basketball special course; 2) The way we apply modern information technologies in special course.There are some new points in this essay: It combines the Information Science with Basketball Special Course.
