| From the sports special technology of basketball,both offensive and defensive techniques have multi-directional characteristics,and the body's movement trajectory is not single,but coordinated movement on the coronal,sagittal,and horizontal surfaces.A pattern similar to a single action around a face in motion.The functional movement essentially relies on the stability of the core muscle group of the body trunk to coordinate the movements of the limbs,ensuring the deep muscles to participate in the work,and completing the stable basketball-related technical actions under various high-speed sports.In the actual combat game of basketball,when the body stability is insufficient,various offensive and defensive technical actions will be deformed in a high degree of confrontation,and the stability of the body cannot be maintained,which leads to a decline in offensive and defensive efficiency,and is prone to sports injuries.Therefore,the functional movement training is entered into the basketball special training system of college sports department.Combined with the practice of basketball teaching and training,the functional training is analyzed for the relationship between functional movement training and basketball special skills and tactics.The influence of sports ability,explore the scientific use of body function movement training in the college basketball special training,improve the basketball special skills of the basketball majors in the physical education department,and improve the basketball special training system of college sports.Taking the application of physical functional training in basketball special training as the research object,20 basketball students of A university in Henan Province Sports Department were selected as experimental subjects,which were divided into experimental groups and control groups with equal numbers.The experimental group used functional strength training.The method was used for after-school training.The control group used the traditional strength training method after class to compare the basketball special skills,special qualities,balance ability and functional movement screening between the two groups of students through a 16-week functional training.Test the difference.The research results show that 1.Functional training can effectively improve the special technical level of basketball specialization students.After the experiment,thebasketball team's three-time round-trip dribble layup and one-minute jump shot technique were significantly better than the control group,and the basketball team's special technique improved by the experimental group.2.Functional training can effectively improve the special quality level of basketball majors.After the experiment,the basketball professional students' curve-return run,standing long jump and weight-bearing 5 kg sit-ups were significantly better than the control group,and the basketball team's special quality improvement was higher than that of the control group.3.Functional training can effectively improve the balance ability of basketball majors.After the experiment,the eight-level bridge and closed-eye standing of the basketball students in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the improvement of the balance ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.4 Functional training can effectively improve the scores of functional action screening scores of basketball majors.After the experiment,the scores of the functional action screening of the basketball students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the level of functional action screening in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. |
