| Background: Now, as the parents are paying more attention and more money on children's education, schools should improve their logistic service to meet these demands. As reformation on education system is going on, the elementary schools of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (WISCO) will be competing with other schools in Wuhan in market economy. But the level of service in elementary schools of WISCO is lower compared with other schools and their software and hardware lag behind. Methods: To find ways and means to ameliorate the service of the elementary schools of WISCO, we collect data of the sorts, appropriate price, capital needed and right scope of the demanded service by sampling, interview and phone. Conclusion: Along with the reducement of the sources of pupil year by year, parents and their children are demanding for better services than before. For this reason, the elementary schools of WISCO should take education service as one of their strongpoint, they should pay more attention on education service than before to keep survival and development, which means they must improve their service levels to meet children and their parents' needs.
