The Reseach On The Problem Of University Logistics Service Education

The responsibilities of the University logistics is to provide important safeguard for teaching, scientific research and life of teachers and students . It is the indispensable sector for the stability and the reform development of the University. To do the service well is the basic duty of university logistics and main task of university logistics, and also is the basis of its survival and development. With social progress and economic development, the education ministry put forward the work purpose of the logistics witch is to serve for the teaching, for researching and for the staff and students ,so that the logistical work with services and education duality has been definitized.To improve the logistics’s services for education, this paper take research mainly according to the following three aspects: the first one is the importance and necessity of the university logistics’s work on the education; the second one is the problem existing in the work of the university logistics on education currently; the third one is the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the university logistics service on education. In order to improve the overall quality of the university logistics’s staff and to strengthen the consciousness of service education, the author thinks that firstly we should correctly handle the relationship between service and education for ensuring that the service and education target are unified; secondly we should correctly handle the details of the relationship for ensuring that specific working target and fine management are unified; thirdly we should correctly process the relationship of market and public welfare, for ensuring that the market and public welfare are unified; forthly we should make everything from its reality and keep realistic and innovative as well as keep optimizing the quality so that students can be infected and educated in the optimum service, and also we should strengthen the communication and to create good atmosphere so that students can receive education from engagement; fifthly we should strengthen the construction of the university logistics staff team and constantly improve the level of logistics service and education.
