Developmental Strategy Of Hunan Vocational Education Guided By Human Resources Development

Theory of human resources originates from the creation of developmental economics theory. This article makes some demonstrations on human resources theory, and explains that human resources is the first resource in economic and social development through analyzing the relationship between human resources development and economic and social development. At the same time, it expounds that vocational education is an important way to human resources development by demonstrating the human resources development and education, and the place and role of vocational education in educational system. This article analyses the situation of our country and Hunan's human resources development and vocational education development, raises the object of human resources development, and putting up the idea of vocational education development and developmental strategy guided by human resources development.
