The development of both economic development and high vocationalcolleges require developing the teacher as the human resources. Then, how is thecurrent situation of the human resources development of teachers in highvocational colleges of Guangxi? In the new economic time, how to combine theactual conditions of Guangxi to carry on human resources development toteachers of high vocational colleges. Firstly, I have consulted domestic andinternational relevant research documents extensively and used many kinds ofmethods such as theory analysis and positive research synthetically. Secondly, Ihave analyzed the relevant data of all the high vocational colleges in Guangxi.Thirdly, I have chosen 6 high vocational colleges of Guangxi to survey andstudy on the spot. Finally, I have carried on deep research to the problem andmade the achievement.The innovation of this paper lies in using the idea of modern humanresources development. According to the characteristics and laws of teacher inhigh vocational colleges, analyzed the problem and cause in the humanresources development of teacher. Then researched from inside and outsiderespects on the basis. The inside countermeasure includes establishing modernhuman resources development of teacher idea; establishing scientific humanresources development of teacher plan and system; Making the pluralistic talenttraining mechanism; Strengthening the cultivation of the young teacher human resources; Strengthening introduction and management of the high-qualitypart-time teacher; Improving the incentive mechanism and stimulate teacher'sworking enthusiasm; Paying attention to the planning of teacher's career; Usingthe geographical advantage of Guangxi to strengthen domestic and internationalcooperation; Raising the funds and increase the operating expenses throughmany channels. The outside countermeasure includes Optimizing the socialenvironment of human resources development of teachers of the highervocational colleges of Guangxi; The government organized the cooperationbetween school and enterprise; Setting up the vocational teacher raining base ofGuangxi; Setting up training the base of resource-sharing of Guangxi.
