| Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party and the country have placed vocational education in an unprecedentingly prominent position.General Secretary Xi Jin ping has emphasized on many occasions that "we will accelerate the construction of a large army of knowledge-based,skilful and innovative industrial workers".With the rapid development of economy and society,the demand for skilled personnel is more and more intense,and the demand for the quality of secondary vocational education is unprecedented.The contradiction between the teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers and the employment skills of students has been put in front of people,and must be solved.Whether a secondary vocational school has social competitiveness depends on whether it has a team of teachers who can train technical talents in line with the demand of social production in the new era.In other words,the quality of human resources of teachers in secondary vocational schools directly determines the scale of running a school and the quality of educating people.Therefore,the research on the human resource development of teachers in A secondary vocational school has certain application research value.This paper takes Jiangxi A private secondary vocational school as the research object,draws on the advanced human resource development and management concept at home and abroad,uses the scientific management knowledge and tools,analyzes the following problems existing in the development of human resources of teachers in A secondary vocational school: First,the attention of teachers to human resources development is not enough;Second,the development channel of teacher human resources is single;Third,the teacher training system is not perfect;Fourth,the salary level is not equipped with teachers’ ability and performance;Fifth,the relevant training policies of "double-qualified" teachers are not perfect;Sixth,the development of secondary vocational teachers lack of efficient incentive mechanism.In this regard,A secondary vocational school teacher management system as the blueprint,A secondary vocational school teachers human resources development put forward optimization countermeasures: First,firmly establish A scientific human resources development concept;The second is based on the competence of good teachers into the mouth;Third,strengthen the training and development of teachers;Fourth,optimize the structure of talent team;Fifth,strengthen the management of teachers’ career planning;Sixth,strengthen talent incentive measures. |
