The issue of students with learning difficulties generally exists in the English teaching in middle schools, and the English teachers are puzzled by it. In recent years, more and more scholars and experts have given attentions to this issue, but they are much concentrating on expounding the types of students with learning difficulties and analyzing the internal and external factors for the occurrence of them in theory. In fact, many teachers have made numerous researches on this issue and put forward many concrete approaches on transforming the students with learning difficulties, combining with their own education & teaching practices, whereas such approaches are usually lack of crucial theoretical basis. Based on the former study and practical conditions, this paper presents new opinions on how to transform the students with learning difficulties into normal ones.Subsequent upon summarizing the factors resulting in the occurrence of students with learning difficulties, this paper believes that the school education and teaching method of teacher is an important external factor for such occurrence. As a result, it must begin with changing teaching concept of teachers and school to transform those students. Then this paper elucidates a new education & teaching concept in theory to instruct the teachers to change their teaching method, which will be helpful for solving the issue of students with learning difficulties. This so-called concept is the teaching and learning under the social-constructivist theory, which holds that directing practices with constructivist theory will be able to get rid of the abuses of traditional teaching method and greatly mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, hence change their passive learning into active learning. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures about how to use the foresaid theory to release the students from learning disabilities through combining the theory with practice.
