Nowadays a lot of new problems occur to moral education in vocational colleges, Such as: In moral education, the teaching model lacks features, the status is being weakened, the effect cannot satisfy us, the evaluation is not fair, team establishment lags behind. So moral education must be reformed. The paper narrates the past and the present of moral education and clarifies the reason why it cannot keep pace with the times in vocational colleges. At last, based on analysis of innovation' s content, situation and ways, the paper proposes the moral education must be reformed. We must innovate ideas, system, teaching content and teaching methods. That it to say, moral education must be innovated from 'close teaching' to 'open teaching' , from 'single model' to 'multiple model' , from 'academic' to 'practicality' .
