Research On The Education Innovation Of The Vocation Guidance For College Student

Facing the toughest job market nowadays, it is urgent for universities to cultivate and transport talents with independent working ability who complies well with the social demand. Although the universities in China has already attached great importance on the employment guidance, there are still many problems in the following aspects such as only focusing on the first time employment of university students, guiding the dynamic employment in a stationary view and lack of educational pertinence. Moreover, with the job market of the university graduates becoming tougher and tougher, we need to make innovations on the university employment guidance from the aspect of education, so as to meets the demand of the reform of the employment policy as well as advances with the times.The fact that the employment guidance of universities needs educational innovations is the internal demand of university education. It is also the boot and enlightenment of advanced ideas which include the idea of human being all round development, the idea of human being subjectivity and the idea of dynamic vocation. The orientation of the university employment guidance is to start from the near future to boot the university students find appropriate vocations, to base on the development to cultivate the university students' adaptive capacity, to focus on the life long time to educate the university students to grow up.According to the current problems lying in the employment guidance of our universities, the author proposed the educationally innovative policy, which is based on the mature theory and experiences from advanced countries and complies well with the situation in Chinese universities. Specifically, the policy has three main innovations. Firstly, it is the innovation of theory, which achieves the transfer from employment guidance to life long time education so as to construct a complete educational system. Secondly, it is the innovation of methods, which emphasizes on the cultivation of ability. Last, it is the innovation of system, which guarantees the educational innovation of the employment guidance so as to improve the employment guidance among our universities and help the university students to achieve successful career.
