Teacher was always mentioned as the subject of job burnout all the time.Maybe is because of overworking with too many responsibilities,holding a important position,giving too much to their students.Many junior-high school teachers suffered from job burnout with the process of adapting the environment and development,they lost the original working interest and helping motive step by step,on the other hand,they have to repeat the same working content.Nowadays,the attention the government and people paid is widening, the research on job burnout has a breakthrough progress.Though the definition of job burnout is complicated,they all admit the existence of burnout and its destructive effect.Our research based on the relationship of job burnout,occupational stress and teaching efficacy,to reveal the influence factors of burnout. The results showed that:1.The severity of teacher’s job burnout is in the middle level,most of them showed obvious degree in emotional exhaustion.2.Region is a significant factor in job burnout and occupational stress.Otherwise,teacher’s burnout also influenced by many other reasons.3.In general,the occupational stress of junior-high school teachers is quiet severe,it’s also influenced by many reasons.4.The severe of teacher’s teaching efficacy is in the middle level.and the score of personal efficacy is higher than general efficacy.
