With the increase of teaching competitive stress at present,the teacher plays a profession and family dual role and undertakes family and career of dual responsibility, facing from two aspects of work and family needs conflict will happens. If the teacher cannot effectively coordinate and deal with these conflicts,it may produced many negative impacts to the work and life and cause the problem as occupational burnout. As a teacher in occupational burnout cases, bound for the teachers themselves, family, colleagues and students and so on various aspects the influence.The research investagates the elementary and middle school teachers,using questionnaires and statistics methods. It analyses 262 questionnaires by SPSS17.0 and AMOS7.0,mainly through descriptive statisties,variance analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,to explore the overall situation of the general work-family conflict self-efficacy and occupational burnout and the relationship among of them. The main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1) The questionnaires of the research have high reliability and validity.(2) Work-family conflict played a positive predietive role in occupational burnout. There is distinct correlation between work-family conflict,family-work conflict and emotional exhaustion,cynicism.There is distinct correlation between family-work conflict and emotional exhaustion,cynicism,low personal accomplishment.(3) Self-efficacy has certain adjustment effect between work-family conflict and occupational burnout. The teacher with higher self-efficacy have lower feeling of occupational burnout caused by work-family conflict. Self-efficacy of enhancement helps reduce occupational burnout tendency caused by work-family conflict.(4) Some backgorund factors such as gender ,the age and the age of teaching influence the state of job burnout and work family conflict. Under different gender, significant variance exists on the work-family conflict. Under different age and the age of teaching, significant variance exists on the work-family conflict.Finally,on the basis of previous chapter's analysis,this chapter focuses on making relevant discussions, providing academic advice,pointing out limits and future directions for further research.
