The Research On Route Of Graduates' Employment

Ordinary colleges began to enlarge the quantity of enrolment on a large scale since the national educational conference was held in 1999. There are 212 millions of ordinary college graduates in 2003,there are 280 millions of ordinary college graduates in 2004, yet, there are338 millions of ordinary college graduates this year. The first average employment percent is about 70% these years; numbers of graduate in burst employment market and wait to sign up with employer. Graduates encounter unprecedented difficult. Therefore, there is a new publicized phenomena appears in our society. That is all kinds of recruitment conferences are held in different provinces from every fall to spring. The graduates from every college regardless of time and energy emerge on the run to different recruitment conferences. The graduates who apply for job emerge in an endless stream before every personnel offices of companies and departments. Parents of every graduate's family make use of their social relationships in order that their children can get satisfied jobs. The employment of gradates has already been a problem that the whole society concern about. "To accelerate the graduates employment work further more is not only the economic and social problem, but also the very important political problem. It has the most important meaning for maintain the overall situation of reform, stabilization and accelerate the employment and reemployment work of our party and nation." In this article, the author pays attention to the researches and analyzes the employment policies in existence in different ways from before, at the same time; the author puts forward an assumption to solve the graduates' employment problem. The author provides an advice for our government,society,college and students to act on in the future. The article includes four sections: In the first section: the value,meaning,problem and methods of this study is introduced simply. In the second section: the author reveals the current graduates' present conditions of graduates' employment; sketches out the present condition of graduates' employment; and dissect the reason leading to difficulty of graduates' employment. In the third section: the author expatiates and analyzes mainly the policies to solve graduates' employment, including the policies of our government's reform,college's improvement,market's acceleration and students' undertaking, and so on. Finally, the author provides an advice for our government,society,colleges and students to act on in the future by sketches out the present policies for graduates' employment combining our country's actual conditions.
