Since the reform and opening up, graduate employment environment has undergone profound changes, China’s economic transformation has entered a crucial stage. In this context, the employment of graduate once again arouse our concern. This paper used a variety of research methods during writing. First, the use of literature research. By reviewing large number of relevant literature and systematic collation, the paper analyzed the three stages of the evolution of graduate employment policies and the main content of the current employment policy; secondly, the use of case analysis. The paper used Guangdong Province as an example to study the performance of graduate employment policy, made the study more specific, more representative; Again, the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, by citing employment-related data, employment findings and theoretical research jobs made the paper more persuasive; Finally, the use of the comparative method. By comparison with the lateral employment policies in developed countries, analyzed their own shortcomings, the paper put forward we should absorb their experience.This has seven parts. Part I is introduction. Described the background and significance of the paper, reviewed the research status at home and abroad, introduces the research ideas and research methods; Part II defined related concepts such as graduate employment,employment policy, policy performance, explained the use of human capital theory, labor supply and demand theory, public policy theory; Part III reviewed and evaluated the three important stages of the evolution of our students’ employment policies; Part IV analyzed the main contents of current graduate employment policy, cited some representative policies; Part V used a series of evaluation index evaluates graduate Performance of the employment policies systematically; Part VI described the main experience and enlightenment of foreign graduate employment policy of developed countries; Part VII proposed that in order to improve employment policy of graduate and provide a good environment for the graduate employment policies, our government, universities,businesses, and students themselves and other departments should reform.Through research, formed the following understanding: Firstly, the paper solve the difficult situation of performance appraisal for students’ employment policies, the performance indicators can make the abstract employment policies into concrete performance indicators, make the biodegradable process more streamlined and feasible and make the implementation can be seen more clearly effects and problems, it also has a certain reference value to carry out relevant policies performance; Secondly Graduate autonomous entrepreneurship policy and financial support policy are important parts of the current graduate employment policy, the government should go on strengthen this regard in the future; Finally, employment of graduate is a systematic project, need to learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries, the whole society should also concern graduate employment. Government should serve as the primary responsibility of universities actively change training model, enterprises should establish a scientific employment outlook, graduate should change their concept of employment, and constantly enhance their comprehensive ability.
