Student evaluation is the core and eternal topic of educational evaluation. Whether its principles are rational or not directly influence the growth and development of student, even the whole practice of elementary education. The traditional student evaluation with many irregularities can not adapt to diversified development of student gradually, and consequently the diversification of student evaluation has become an inevitable trend, which also arouses a key problem of evaluating by whom. As a result, along with the going of curriculum reformation in elementary education, how to redefine the notion of student evaluation, and how to set up the system of diverse corpus cooperation has become an important issue. With the theoretical foundation of system, thought of democratizing education, and educational anthropology, the essay enlightened by thought of anti-school and guided by the documents Outline of Curriculum Reformation in Elementary Education (temporary) and Positively Pushing Forward Reformation of Evaluation and Examination in Primary and Junior High School, illustrates the importance and possibility of constructing cooperative system of student evaluation and its characteristics and principles by means of analyzing irrationality of excessive unification of evaluation and a great deal of drawback caused by it. Also, the essay puts forward the realistic strategy of constructing cooperative system of student evaluation. The essay is consisted of six parts: The first part: through introducing the history of evaluation and the tendency of diversification, this part intends to define the notion of student evaluation and the connotation and traits of its cooperative system. The second part: on the basis of system, thought of democratizing education, the thought of anti-school and educational anthropology, the part discusses the idea of multiplex corpus of student evaluation. The third part: By analyzing current condition and existent problem of primary and junior school evaluation, we can see that the construction of cooperative system of student evaluation play a vital part in pushing forward new curriculum reformation, advancing educational scientific cooperative, improving efficiency of evaluation, and promoting students' harmonious development. The forth part: The possibility of constructing cooperative system of student evaluation is testified by three realistic elements: the crisis of systemic education causes widespread introspection; study-society could meet demand from students' quality; the advantageous conditions provided by informative technology. The fifth part: In terms of basic purpose of cooperative system, the main principals of constructing cooperative system are formed. The sixth part: According to thoughts of student's progressive evaluation and multiplex theory, the part gives us the realistic strategy of students' cooperative evaluation from different views: system of evaluation and examination, policies and laws, mechanism of encouragement concerning evaluation, publicity and training etc.
