Theteacher is the main power of the teaching mission in school, its quality and working spirit willaffect the educational teaching quantity and the performance and result of the school directly.Carry on the objective and fairly teacher evaluation can provide the helping information for theteacher's development, can also provide the proof for the decision of the leader. But, manyirregularities of the current teacher's evaluation system, it has great impact on the reform anddevelopment of the teacher evaluation, the teacher's quality, professional knowledge level,development direction and so on. At the same time, the science management of the school alsounder the influence of tremendously. New curriculum reform that call teacher's evaluation anddevelopment, harmonious teacher evaluation is the demand of educational evaluationdevelopment and theories research, the socialism harmonious society need the harmonious ofteacher's evaluation.This research is based on the management theories, philosophy theories, and thepsychology theories and so on. It aimed at the existent key problem of the current teacher'sevaluation, adopt the theories and fulfillments to combine together of method, build theharmonious teacher's evaluation carried on the theories and practice, trying to investigate a newroad for the teacher's evaluation.This text divides five parts:The first part is the necessity and important meanings of the harmonious teacher'sevaluation.The second part is the basic characteristic and theories of the harmonious teacher'sevaluationThe third part is focusing on the major problem within assessment system for teacherssurvey poll and qualitative interview, and show the basic principle of the harmonious teacher'sevaluation.The fourth part is the contents, methods and corpuses of the harmonious teacher'sevaluation.The fifth part intends to clarify the issues that should be concerned in the process of theharmonious teacher's evaluation.
