Complicated science of enjoying the good reputation of '21st century's science" is being paid close attention to by every research field day by day. Because nowadays the problem that the mankind faces has complexity, overall importance, non-linear nature more and more, interdisciplinary research and plural visual angle study become the generally knowing. Then the way which probes into things with or the complexity thinking arise at the historic moment. It is well known that education technology is the commanding point in the education informational process, ICT integrated instruction is very important. At present though ICT integrated instruction research is in one hotter research situation, the result is not very optimistic in practice. That causes people introspection: What is ICT integrated instruction on earth? How to improve ICT integrated instruction validity? Whether should do proper innovation to ICT integrated instruction design? Whether should introduce new research angle? .etc. Former instruction design theory is based on systems theory. It shows systematicness among every link of instruction design. But former ID has certain limitation when it misses complicated instruction nowadays. For example, it concerns 'unification and consistence' but ignores 'alteration and emergence ', it emphasize 'negative feedback and auto regulation' but ignores 'positive feedback and opening'. This needs changing the method of ID, introducing new result of system science-- Complicated science, so as to introduce new research angel for ID theory. This research regards relevant theories of complicated science as the theoretical foundation, attempts to understand complicated essence of the teaching course of information technology and course integration. Thus we use complicated theory and thinking as research approach, make dynamic instruction design mode which suits teaching complexity essence .We hope to contribute for the information work of our education.
