The aim of biomechanics to run's technique is to reveal the general regularity and to study the ways of run faster and economy. Practice proves that single theory analysis can not get to the aim; we must use the experiment test. So, the aim of this text is to search the difference of the infer and the result, and look for the factors of easy make mistake, offer reference for the couch and the athlete and search the break through way of training. The most parameters of the experiment don't present regular change, the writer think that the main reasons are the technique is not stable, two sides' strength are not equilibrium, pliability is inadequate, stride and frequency's relation is not deal with properly and so on.
