Cerebral palsy also known as cerebral palsy, often referred to as central dyskinesiacaused by various reasons before birth to within one month after the birth. spastic typecerebral palsy accounted for about70%of cerebral palsy, this type of children is mainly dueto the different levels of increased muscle tone and primitive reflex persist, which hinder theeffective movement. Due to cerebral palsy teenagers often accompanied by mental andbehavior disorders, seriously affects children’s growth and the daily life and work, for theirfamilies and individuals have brought a lot of pain and burden. In this paper, the six auxiliary school adolescents with cerebral palsy as subjects.Fromkinematics analyze their hip、knee、ankle joints of their light side legs and heavy side legwhen they up and down the steps, and analyze the walk cycle in various periods.Fromdynamic analyze the force value and joint moment. From myoelectricity analyze AEMG ofeight pieces of lower limb muscle of paticpants.By the time parameters of lateral comparison found that the greater degree cerebral palsyillness patients need the longer time,by means of spatial parameter and space-time parameterscompared of cerebral palsy found that the subjects in the process of up and down stairs allhave different degree of the clasp, feet and the ground of Angle decreases with the increase ofthe degree of cerebral palsy. In the process of up the steps, the heavy side joint of ankle andknee decreases with the increase of patients degree with cerebral palsy at an instant of gettingoff the ground, in the process of down the steps, ankle joint Angle increases with the increaseof the degree of cerebral palsy, light side of the knee joint Angle decreases with the increaseof the degree of cerebral palsy. Patients with velocity of the center of mass at the end and thebeginning has obvious acceleration, the middle relatively stable except Ⅱ3patients.By Force Platform data of up steps can be seen cerebral palsy patients with mild degreeof illness, force value curve present double-peak structure, with the deepening of degree ofcerebral palsy disease, the force value increasing in up the steps and the number of waveformfloating is increasing. In the process of down the steps, force value of Z orientation isunimodal about light and heavy of I2, Ⅱ2and Ⅱ3patients curve is not stable due to hlegdisabieavy side lity degree bigger.Adolescents with cerebral palsy in the process of up the steps, the knee joint moment of light and heavy sides are basically identical in support period, Ⅱ2patients fluctuate very bigin the single support phase prove that his body stability is poor. Ⅱ3patients with heavierHamstring spasm, so in the process of up the steps, knee joint moment is always flexor. In theprocess of up the steps, the moment of Ⅱ2patients is almost knee flexion moment in swingphase, the moment of Ⅱ3patientsis mostly extend moment of swing leg. Due to differentdegree of cerebral palsy patients with the plantar pressure distribution is different. In the process of up the steps, supporting phase, the muscle AEMG of light leg decreaseswith the increasing of grades as cerebral palsy, the front of lower limb muscle AEMG isgreater than lower limb muscles in the back. In the process of down the steps, thegastrocnemius medial AEMG of light leg is greater than tibialis anterior in supportingphase, the AEMG of rectus femoris and medial vastus are greater than biceps femoris andsemitendinosus.
