The geometry is a most important constituent of mathematics, so the geometry curriculum also is an important part of elementary education in mathematics education. Because, in the geometry, it is most early established the deductive axiomization system the branch in mathematics, and also is the earliest mathematics education content, therefore, in mathematics education development of each different historical period, the geometry curriculum has all become the reform attention spot. As the citizen elementary education final stage, the ordinary high school' s geometry curriculum studies regarding of both the next career development and the individual mathematics thought development, extremely will be very important.This article reviewed the geometry curriculum to reform the advancement. With the same time, the similarities and differences to the domestic and foreign geometries curriculum reform is carried on the comparison. Taking the high school new curriculum standard idea as the instruction, through cases and questionnaire to high school geometry curriculum system implementation, we considers a series of questions about the books for students, the introduction way, the method in teaching for all-around development and so on. At the end, under our investigation, we have carried on the analysis and the research and given some worth noting question and the enlightenment in the geometry curriculum system implementation process.
