Research On Process And Result Of School Development Planning

On the base of cases of some rural primary schools in Iinxia Hui Autonomous Region, this thesis have used several concrete research approaches, such as investigation, observation and material collection to give a further study on one of core contents of china/u.k gansu basic education project -the school development planning and its implemention and results. The thesis mainly studies whether the process of the plan formulation and implemention is in accord with the demand which the project anticipated and what results it have in practice. The thesis mainly concerns the effect on the idea or thought of different groups who are involved in formulating and implementing the school development planning, the effect on the way of headmaster management. It also concerns the relationship between school and community, between school and division of education administrative and so on. Through learning the process of the school development planning making and implementing and its results, the thesis lists the existing problems during the making and implementing process and analyzes its causes to find certain theory and practice basis for popularizing the school development planning.The main conclusions of this research are as follows:â…  .The school development planning contributes a lot to the development of basic education of Iinxia Hui Autonomous Region.
