After long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era of development in our country has entered a new historical orientation,accurate poverty alleviation work into the "second half",education precision poverty relief work has entered the final sprint stage,a good education accurately completed for poverty alleviation should adhere to the implementation of already,also want to insist on comprehensive,education precision poverty alleviation work for poor rural school sports support both boost rural revitalization,significant booster,to ensure the education fair is khalid ents and deepening education for poverty alleviation "combination".We should not only lift people out of poverty economically,but also lift people out of poverty educationally."Targeted poverty alleviation through education" is an important part of the targeted poverty alleviation strategy.It is also an important deployment of the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" in poor rural areas.Zhi Pin Zhi Yu first,poverty alleviation Fu Zhi first,accurate for poverty alleviation,education first,education is the fundamental blocking the intergenerational transfer,the school sports and education combined with an efficient precision poverty alleviation of poverty of rural school sports support,can improve the body quality and poor health literacy,effective to eliminate the poverty due to illness,the phenomenon of Chinese,because of a fool poverty due to illness,prevent the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the problems and difficulties in the practice of physical education development in poor rural schools and explore the precise and effective paths of practical assistance for the realization of the national strategic goal of targeted poverty alleviation.As the research object,the author selected optimization methodology for poor rural school in school sports as the breakthrough point,from the perspective of "precise education poverty alleviation" to implement "helped poor rural school sports education of the poor" as the main research object,using literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,expert interviews and other research methods,from optimization methodology for school sports poverty of historical reasons and practical reasons,school sports human resources,material resources,course setting,time,resources,analyzing the main problems of rural school sports development optimization methodology for poverty,From the perspective of "targeted poverty alleviation",this paper puts forward the methods and practical paths to improve the physical education in poor rural schools in yushi county,and provides references for the government to implement "help the poor in physical education".Through research and analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)There is a large gap of PE teachers in poor rural schools in Weishi County,but rural schools are not attractive enough to young teachers;(2)School physical education lags behind for a long time due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas,backward rural economy and accelerated urbanization.(3)Affected by the shortage of education funds,sports equipment maintenance is not in place,and many expendable equipment cannot be timely replenished in place;(4)The course setting is arbitrary and does not meet the number of courses required by the state;(5)The organization and implementation of extra-curricular sports activities are not in place,which affects the longitudinal extension of students' PE time;(6)Students exercise without company after class,especially without the company of their families.Based on the conclusions drawn in the study,the following Suggestions are proposed:(1)Precise positioning,precise organization and precise operation,in a trinity,precise optimization of PE teachers in poor rural schools,and acceleration of the training of general subject teachers,so as to solve the shortage of rural teachers;(2)Speed up the integrated construction of urban schools,carry out accurate research on the actual situation of physical education development of schools in poor rural areas,and properly distribute physical education resources in advance;(3)Expand the channels for poverty alleviation,expand the sources of funds for sports development,and encourage the first village secretary,relevant sports enterprises and schools with sports characteristics to help the development of sports in poor rural schools;(4)Establish sports development alliance of urban and rural schools,reserve physical education teachers for poor rural schools,and open up the two-way balanced circulation of urban and rural physical education teachers;(5)Strengthen the cooperation between schools in the region,foster sports with local characteristics into the physical education of poor rural schools,and form a campus culture with sports as characteristics.
