Innovation and development is a motif to a new age for all time. As a country with the majority of the rural population, the importance of innovation and development of the rural education is self-evident.A comprehensive innovation of rural education has been exploring for many years since the 1980's, which has been a characteristic composing part of the rural social and the whole education all over the country. Aiming at the defective conditions of the study on the comprehensive innovation of rural education in Gansu province and west areas, the author studied and discussed the comprehensive innovation of rural education in Gansu province from three aspects based on analyzing and summarizing the formers' correlation study findings.Firstly, the paper reflected and summarized the historic evolution^ effects acquired and basic experience of the comprehensive innovation of rural education since the 1980's in Gansu province lying in the west area whose economy is undeveloped. Especially, the paper analyzed and generalized the ideology, patterns and approaches of the comprehensive innovation of rural education explored from the practice throughout Gansu province for twenty years.Secondly, the author put forward main long-standing problems concerning the system innovation on rural education, the structure adjusting on secondary education, the movement of harmony system on government plan as a whole and the combination of rural three kinds education appearing during the education innovation and practice through analyzing correlated literature and data as well as investigating the state-level experimental county being practiced comprehensive innovation of rural education. The paper further pointed out because of the long-term existence of the problems listed above, which evolved into profound reasons separately to land the comprehensive innovation of rural education in a predicament and the less development of the comprehensive innovation of rural education.Finally, the paper studied and discussed the comprehensive innovation of Gansu province rural education by reviewing its foretime and basing upon its reality in order to serve for the comprehensive innovation of rural education in Gansu province and west otherareas. The paper put forward some apocalypses and suggestions which are beneficial to the comprehensive innovation of rural education in Gansu province and west other areas in accordance by studying and dissertating motioned above: Building up principles of equity and justness and increasing the investment in west rural education; Clarifying the direction of running a rural vocational school and accelerating the development and transfer of the manpower; Developing informational education in rural schools vigorously and shortening the differences between urban education and rural education; Strengthening the consciousness of innovation and perfecting harmony system of government plan as a whole; Paying more attention to the study of educational science and strengthening the summarization and popularization of the typical experience . |
